Please be aware, we only accept returns for items that were damaged in transit or defective and within a 3 business day return window from the time it was delivered.  If you feel the item is damaged upon arrival, contact us within 3 business days [sales@rahimmastersgaming.com] For handmade customized items, there are possibilities of defects, Make sure you inspect it thoroughly within the first 3 days. We offer free returns, exchanges, repairs or store credit if we are notified within 3 days. The returned item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You can also take responsibility to add additional packaging so it isnt further damaged in transit. You must also take pictures of the items condition.

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. but we do offer repairs, exchanges & store credit. For handmade electronic items, we offer a 30 day free return & repair warranty (flexible depending on the nature of the situation). After that, we can still repair, but customer is responsible for the return shipping, repair cost and the shipping back. 

Preorder Policy: There are no refunds on preordered items. If its a preorder deposit, that money goes into production, and we cannot get production money back. If you plan to make a deposit to preorder a statue, Make sure you pay the deposit, and the final payment when you are notified to pay. If you do not pay the final payment when it is due, and don't contact me to make a payment plan, or work with us in any way, your statue (or preorder) is forfeited after the deadline. Partial payments are not refundable or exchangeable.
